I'm here aren't I ?

We were late for work again. We seriously need to do an in-depth deconstruction of our daily routine 'cos taking cabs are starting to burn a major hole in our pockets.

On a typical work-day on days Dil works AM shifts we will always bicker cos

a) I couldnt stand how he has to deliberate for at least 20 minutes(!) on what to wear when he ONLY has 3 sets of shirts that he WOULD wear - i repeat ONLY THREE - every-single-freaking-day.

b) he couldnt stand my constant nagging and

c) ill pick the WORST time to remind him of certains errands to be done especially on such a trying morning

Of course, such squabbles are merely harmless reminders to push ourselves and each other cos truth be told, we're both equally useless when it comes to waking up early and being punctual. We covet weekend mornings (we call such mornings a 'lazy sunday' -- even if its a saturday. go figure) and will always look forward to coming home -- even before we stepped out of the house.

This illustration of our typical married life are sometimes the only highlight of the day, as apposed to those hours we spent in non-activity just canoodling in front of the big-ass tv.

As much as married life has its perks, theres always the danger of falling deep into the painfully comfortable boring-ol-married-couple situation where are our social life becomes a dead zero. *shudders*

So. I've therefore decided that from today onwards, we are going to pick a new activity to do each month.

Avenue Q anyone ?
